Ordering
To place an order from our catalog you may choose one of the following convenient options:

CELADON is a manufacturer, which means every item you order is assembled specifically to fill
your order. Please take the time to consider the items you order as we will not REMOVE items
from your order once it is processed. Adding items on at a later date is possible, but may lead
to a delay in the shipping of the original order. |

Shipping and Terms
Our payment terms are 30 days net on all accounts with credit approval. To fill
out and submit a credit application click below.

First orders without credit approval are sent C.O.D. or prepaid on VISA or MASTERCARD.
We ship using Federal Express and SameDay. You may choose to ship with UPS also if you have a shipping account
number with this carrier. For orders over $3000.00 please inquire about freight allowances with customer service
at 905-335-6444 ext. 23 or toll-free at 1-800-667-7296. ext. 23. |

Damaged Goods
We must be notified of any damaged goods within 3 days of receipt of
shipment at 905-335-6444 ext. 21 or toll-free at 1-800-667-7296. ext. 21. Goods that are damaged
in shipping must be kept in the original CELADON shipping box. We stand behind the quality of our
product 100%. If for any reason a framed print or mirror arrives damaged due to an oversight on
our part we will replace it promptly with no cost to you, our customer. |
